if congress people were elected on % of vote state wide democrats get 47% of vote they get 47% of congress and legislature. instead of gerrymandering where in 2012 in pennslyvania democrats got 51% of vote but won only 5 of 16 seats in congress this discourage voting for down ballot.

The Presidental election is an imprtant one but it is the court, the congress, and our local elections where the real progress will be made for our country. I hope everyone pays attention to this.
