AHCA ‘tattooed to their foreheads’

House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif., warned Republicans who voted in support of the American Health Care Act:

“What is happening today is a lose-lose situation for the Republicans. It’s a lose-lose for the American people, that’s for sure. But the people who vote for this will have this vote tattooed to their foreheads as they go forward,” Pelosi said. “They have to answer for the vote. They can’t say, ‘President Trump made me do it. The speaker made me do it.’ It’s their vote, their boss. Their bosses are their constituents. Their constituents will be very affected by this.”

Pelosi later reiterated, “[Y]ou have every provision of this bill tattooed on your forehead. You will glow in the dark on this one. You will glow in the dark.”

Well, through the magic of photoshop we can illustrate Pelosi’s salient point. This one’s for you Martha “Let’s make this fucking thing happen!” McSally. You earned this for your moral depravity and callous disregard for your constituents’ lives.

  1. Well, well, well. Martha has issued a statement regarding Trump’s firing FBI Director Comey (Source: Facebook):

“The timing of this decision to fire FBI Director James Comey is deeply concerning, especially in light of the ongoing Department of Justice’s investigation into Comey’s handling of the Clinton email scandal. That investigation–along with the FBI and House and Senate Intelligence Committee’s probes into Russian meddling–must continue. While FBI Director James Comey has been situationally attacked by both sides of the political spectrum, it is important for our national security and institutional integrity that all these investigations are completed without political interference.”

    • Well, what do I know, but is this an attempt to distance herself from her president who she has supported 100% to date? The president for whom she shouted “Let’s get this f***ing thing done!” to give him a “victory” while recklessly trying to take health insurance away from tens of millions of Americans?

This is more of the same. Trying to have it both ways. She “fixes” Trumpcare. She “advocates tirelessly” for her consituents. Now she is standing up for national security and institutional integrity and truth and righteousness and democracy and and apple pie and and and …

But if Trump can somehow slither his way out of this, well, what then?

  2. better that then tattooing arizona children’s arms with I need lunch money tattoos!
