To highlight a few key points:
NO proxies will be accepted at a caucus for Precinct Committeepersons who do not register in person.
Precinct Committeepersons who cannot attend the entire caucus session must first register in person 8-10 a.m. before they can give their proxy to another Precinct Committeeperson.
Registration will occur only 8:00 -10:00 a.m. After 10 a.m., registration will be closed, but PCs who have registered can give their proxies to a PC in the same CD and same presidential preference caucus. Only elected and appointed PCs can vote in the delegate selection process on April 16. Non-transferable proxies will be available, and a PC may complete a proxy at any time during the caucus at the Phoenix Convention Center or University of Arizona CESL on April 16. Additionally, a PC may be in possession of no more than three proxies. Lists of PCs will be available throughout the caucus sessions.
