“Are you concerned about the draining of pubic education funds for private school vouchers? That our teachers are getting a 1% raise when Governor Ducey’s staff are getting 11%-60% raises? That Betsy DeVos has revoked 72 protections for special needs students? That our schools are not getting enough funding to thrive?
Join us for a Critical Conversations Town Hall meeting with local and national education organizers, parents, youth, educators and local elected officials on school privatization and how we can unite to protect and strengthen public education.

Jitu Brown led the 34 day hunger strike to keep Dyett High School open, the last public high school on the Southside of Chicago. He is the National Director of Journey for Justice and the #WeChoose campaign. Voices for Education is part of the #WeChoose Alliance”
