Not Burnt Out Just Unscrewed (NBOJU) aka uNScreweD Theater is celebrating their 14th anniversary this weekend at their almost brand- new digs (over 2 years now) at 3244 E. Speedway (across from the Loft Theater). Check it out, have fun and laugh a lot. Of course they are starting off on Friday the 13th, which must be a good sign.

Caught 2 shows tonight, first the graduation showcase of the 8 week 101 improv class of 9 adult students, including a fellow named Spencer in a wheelchair. They performed several games quite well. Then I stayed for the 14th year anniversary show hosted by Mike Pierce, starring Mara, Rob, Cris, Billie, Jon & Scott. They did these games: radio dial, chain murder, all switch, decision (with 2 audience volunteers), before & after, new choice, the Dating Game (one of my favorites), foreign language film, half life, everyday olympics, and Beasty Boys (elimination rhyme game won by Cris). Happy anniversary and thanks for the free cookies. More laughs tomorrow night.
