Carolyn’s note: I’ve been to a few porch fests in Tucson neighborhoods –in Dunbar Springs, Broadway-Broadmoor, Blenman-Elm. Lots of folks drive, walk, bike, skate around the neighborhood, eat at food trucks, and enjoy listening to volunteer musicians perform on porches/yards of the neighborhood. It’s a nice, relaxing way to spend an afternoon getting to know the neighbors and friends. And don’t forget to tip the musicians if you enjoy their diverse music — they are working for free.
