US Senator Mark Kelly was born on Feb. 21, 1964, so he will be 57 years old. He was elected to US Senate in Nov. 2020. He as a political newcomer/retired astronaut defeated appointed US Senator Martha McSally by 78,806 votes.
His wife Gabby Giffords served for 5 years in US Congress representing CD 8, and was shot in the head at the Tucson Mass Shooting on Jan. 8, 2011. 6 people died that day, and 13 were wounded.
