“Learn the facts about refugee resettlement and gain knowledge on the struggles and successes of a new American. What’s the difference between a refugee, asylum-seeker and other kinds of immigrants? Is the vetting process really reliable? Do refugees compromise our economy, or help it? How do you welcome a family and make a difference in their lives?

Come learn the answers to these questions and more. This is a citywide training and is for both present and potential volunteers. Multiple refugee agencies and organizations throughout Tucson are represented. All are welcome! Attendance does not obligate you to volunteer. Registration Required- https://goo.gl/forms/awlYMA5xxyjJ7vQs2″
