Hello Sisters and Brothers,
The postal workers did their job and made sure that the 65 million mail-in ballots were picked
up and delivered across the country. The U S Postal Service continues to be an integral and democratic institution of this nation. We must defend and save this Service against the effort
to privatize.Postmaster Dejoy Must Go!
Date:Sunday, Nov 22nd
Time: 10:00 to 11:30 am
Location: Rincon Post Office, 1099 S. Pantano Rd. (just north of 22ndStreet)
The cuts and delay that Postmaster General Dejoy has been trying to implement were only temporarily halted to preserve the integrity of the election. Dejoy’s agenda is to privatize the
U S Postal Service and to lay the groundwork for corporate profit and control.
Tomorrow, Nov 17th, Dejoy will push for devastating rollbacks of the Service and once again make
the argument for privatization.
Tomorrow is also a National Day of Action, called by the American Postal Workers Union to fight
for our beloved U S Postal Service.”
