“Meet the candidates running for AZ Superintendent of Public Education. Bring your questions for the candidates!”
Carolyn’s note: State job up for election is the AZ Superintendent of Public Instruction (not Education). Democrat Kathy Hoffman is the incumbent, elected in Nov. 2018. Prior to that she was a classroom instructor.
Republican Challenger is the former Superintendent of Public Instruction Tom Horne (2003 to 2011), who also served as Arizona Attorney General (2011 to 2015), and in the Arizona House of Representatives.
