“To prepare for Formerly Incarcerated & Convicted People’s (FICP) Day at the State Capitol, AFSC-AZ is offering a series of workshops in Tucson and Phoenix. The first workshop on Legislative Advocacy is designed to demystify the legislative process.

The goal of the trainings is to prepare directly-impacted people to descend upon the Capitol during the 2019 legislative session.

Directly impacted individuals include:
-People who have been in prison or jail
-People who have been on probation
-People who are family of those who have been incarcerated
