U.S. Senate Candidate Forum hosted by League of Women Voters. Live at Mesa Community College Performing Arts Center, 1520 S. Longmore, Mesa, AZ. Televised in Tucson on KOLD and KMSB.

Senior U.S. Senator John McCain, a Republican,  is seeking re-election to his 6th term. His Democratic challenger is CD 1 Congresswoman Ann Kirkpatrick, who served 2 terms in Congress.

McCain also ran for U.S. President twice in 2000 and 2008, becoming the Republican Party nominee in 2008, losing to current U.S. President Barack Obama.

We regret any inconvenience and we further regret that you will be unable to obtain the invaluable information we had hoped you would obtain from this Forum. We believe the Forum would have aided you in making your voting decisions in this race in November general election. We would like to thank all who were involved in the planning of the Forum, including CBS, and its affiliates, KTAR and Skyview Sat, and Mesa Community College. The League of Women Voters of Arizona encourages all citizens to become informed and vote.
