It is a $2.67 billion plan funded by the same 1/2 cent sales tax which voters approved in May 2006. Prop 418 and 419 both have to pass for the sales tax to continue. Tucson Mayor Regina Romero spoke in favor of RTANext to DGT on Feb. 28.
