I know the election is over and we can move onto other things. But both Kristel Foster and Cam Juarez, who earned places on the TUSD Board — an unpaid position — by running hard and fighting hard, put a bit of their own money into their races beyond the donations they received. I just gave each of them $25. I usually don't reveal who I give money to or how much, but I'm making an exception to encourage you to give $5, $10 or whatever you can afford so they can wipe their campaign slates clean.
