Individual One behaved like an Unchained Animal the day after the Senate Shot a Hole in Our Democracy

Mr. Trump did not behave like a President when he spoke at the National Prayer Breakfast on the morning of February 6, 2020, denouncing Speaker Pelosi (who was at the same event feet away from him) and Senator Romney for having religious convictions.

He did not behave like a President when he presented himself to his Trump Zone-Fox Island resident sycophantic supporters and family later at the White House as a victim of a witch hunt being persecuted by people who in his words were “sleazy,” “scumbags,” “bad,” “evil,” “low lives,” “vicious,” and “horrible.”

Instead, he behaved like an Unchained Animal, enabled by the 52 Senators who were accessories to his coverup and attacks on the nation’s Democratic-Republic system,  who felt uninhibited at lashing out at all the people who dared impeach him for betraying his oath of office.

To Senator Susan Coverup Collins of Maine and all the other cowards and fringe reactionaries in the Senate and House like Arizona’s  Martha Coverup McSally, Debbie Coverup Lesko, Andy Coverup Biggs, Paul Coverup Goasar, and David Coverup Schweikert: Do you think he learned his lesson? Do you think he will be more cautious in the future?

Speaking about Freedom Circ-Caucus Chair Andy Biggs supporting the 2016 KKK endorsed candidate, Arizona Congressional District Five Candidate Joan Greene commented:

“My opponent, Andy Biggs, spent the last 20 years as a snake oil politician thwarting the constitution, the rule of law and profiting off the legislation he enacted or shelved on behalf of his handlers and himself. His defense of Trump for his own self-interest continues to put our Nation in danger and lowers our standing on the World stage. Biggs wasn’t defending an innocent person, he was in bed with corruption.”

Bob Musselwhite, one of the Democrats in Congressional District Eight looking to defeat Debbie Coverup Lesko wrote that:

“I would like to acknowledge and thank Mitt Romney for his integrity, apparently the only Republican patriot left in Washington”

In other news that should concern the American People.

The Individual One, Impeached President’s  Administration is willingly turning over “questionable”  documents regarding Hunter Biden to the Republican-controlled Senate while still stonewalling the Democratically controlled House requests.

The Courts should have no problem seeing this double standard when they ultimately rule that the Administration has to turn everything over that they have been keeping from the House.

Furthermore, Democrats should seriously consider holding public hearings on Trump’s children and how they are enriching themselves from his Oval Office stay and how they were able to obtain their security clearances.

It is time to fight back.

Also, what is it with Trump Zone Resident Robert Barr now saying he has to sign off on any investigations into potential Presidential Campaign misconduct? Journalists and public servants should start following the money, travel plans, and email traffic of Trump Operatives now because there is definitely the appearance of the first puff of smoke.

Just because the 2016 Popular Vote Loser was acquitted thanks to 52 coverup accessories in the Senate does not mean Democrats should give up the fight by:

  • Demanding accountability for Individual One’s and his apostates transgressions.
  • Working for the policy priorities of the American People like low drug prices, a living wage, infrastructure, better-funded schools, and combatting climate change.
  • Finding candidates to run in November who will work for the restoration of  Democracy and an optimistic inclusive future of Arizona and the United States.

November 3, 2020, is in 271 days.

There is not a moment to lose.

The American Ideal is at stake.

  1. Per Godwin’s law, any internet discussion that goes on long enough will eventually lead to references to Hitler and Nazis.

But really, how much did that “not a new conference” and the SOTU feel like Nuremberg rallies?

I’m not trying to be provocative, I really get a very bad feeling watching how he acts and how his followers react to him.

    • Trump’s followers have always scared me. And then the 2016 election gave us a head count, 63 million. I swear to God, I am almost afraid of talking to someone I don’t already know for fear they are a Trump supporter and it will be one more person to hate.

All of the racism and prejudice that I grew up with in the Deep South has weighed heavy my whole life. But I swear to God again that if someone had told me back in 1970 that America would be like this in 2020 I would have thought they were from another planet.

Trump is the logical conclusion of where we have been headed for a very long time. He couldn’t do this without a significant number of followers.

      • Small town Ohio in the 60’s wasn’t much better for POC, if that helps.

It’s possible we had less lynchings than the south, but I wouldn’t put any money on it.

On the other hand, there were 66 million who did not vote for Trump, pussyhats filled the streets, the NRA is gutted and has been exposed as a con. GOP reps have been retiring left and right rather than face the voters because they know they’re toast.

2018 was a massacre for the GOP, Dems picked up over 500 seats nationwide, and it was all because of Trump, and that election led to the majority in Congress and Trump’s permanent and everlasting Impeachment.

2020 will be better, and I’ll be singing this line from the latest Drive by Truckers song while I cast my vote, it’s a cheerful, bouncy, folky little tune…

“Stick it up your ass with your useless thoughts and prayers”

        • True. The resistance has been huge. Nancy Pelosi tearing up Trump’s SOTU speech in front of the nation was ingenious and her press conference yesterday was one for the ages. Adam Schiff et al showed what it means to be a true patriot and honor one’s oath of office. The Democrats did all they could, they got Trump’s corruption on the record.

I pray that Trump, McConnell, Barr, etc…are the last gasp of white supremacy as a force that gets people elected and appointed to high office.

But I’m compelled to say that as much as I despise Trump, I despise his supporters even more.
