Monday, November 4, Noon: Democrats of Greater Tucson luncheon, Dragon's View Restaurant (400 N. Bonita, South of St. Mary's Road between the Freeway and Grande Avenue, turn South at Furr's Cafeteria), buffet lunch costs $8.50. Tuesday, November 5: Tucson City Council General Election. All voted ballots must be in the possession of the City Clerk by 7:00 p.m.

Bob Bland Remembrance Dinner

Tuesday, November 5, 5:30 p.m.: Bob Bland Remembrance Dinner, at the Arirang Restaurant, 1100 State Highway 92(Sierra Vista). Guest speaker will be Courtney Frogge will speak of her friendship with former CCDC
Chair, Bob Bland. Seating is limited. $30.00 per person. Each table will hold platters of beef, pork and chicken Bulgoggi (thinly sliced meat), fried rice, white rice, vegetable

PCDP Tucson City Council Election Night Celebration

Tuesday, November 5, 7:00 p.m.: Pima County Democratic Party Election Night Celebration. Join us for the PCDP Election Night festivities at the Riverpark Inn, 350 South Freeway (at Cushing Street.) We will provide a catered buffet menu as well as non-alcoholic drinks. The Riverpark Inn offers free high-speed (wired/wireless) Internet access for visitors and working media. The schedule of events:

  • 7 p.m.: program begins in the Hotel’s Riverpark Ballroom or Courtyard Pavilion depending on the weather.
  • 8 p.m.: first ballot returns expected from City Elections Office.
