The LD3 Democrats invite all of Southern Arizona to a party to watch the first presidential debate of the 2016 general election on Monday, September 26. We’ve reserved the banquet room at Barrio Brewing Co., 800 E. 16th St., in the Armory Park neighborhood, at 5:30 PM MST. We’ll have activities for kids (games and art projects) and adults (debate bingo!), and there are lots of TVs so you won’t miss a moment. Drinking Liberally

Third Wednesday of each month, 6:00 p.m.: Drinking Liberally returns to Tucson, at Casa Vicente (375 S. Sunday, October 2, 1:00 p.m.: Pima County Democratic Party Election Integrity Workshop, at Pima County Democratic Party HQ, 4639 E. 1st Street, Tucson. This is a chance for those of you who were unable to attend the summer workshops to learn about how vote processing works and what we are doing to protect the vote and too volunteer for the November election. Volunteer opportunities include watching the Recorder’s office validate signatures, watching the Elections Department process ballots, watching the receiving of ballots Election Night, and participating in the hand count the Saturday after the Election.
