We're taking Maddow Blog on the road this week. On Tuesday, we'll wrap up a day of reporting on the Arizona border with a TRMS watch party in Tucson, Arizona, in the Hotel Congress Tap Room. It gets lonely on the road, so please come on by and watch the show with us. We'll be there from about 5:30 p.m. Arizona time until 7:30 or so. Bring a friend or two.
We'll aim to meet everybody, watch the show — and if the Internet gods are willing, get a wave from Rachel in New York.
Let us know if you're coming, and we'll try to save you a TRMS hat.
I'm a little disappointed that Rachel herself won't be visiting (gotta love anyone who puts the "smart" back in "smartass" the way she does), but it should be fun for the denizens of Tucson and Southern AZ.
I probably won't be able to attend – there's a special session of the lege to cover that afternoon, and a monthly meeting of the LD17 Democrats that I can't miss that evening – but I'll be there in spirit and maybe one of the other BfA contributors can cover the appearance by TRMS in person.
They've set up a Meetup Group for folks to RSVP (and to make sure they bring enough hats).
