From April 1 through April 30, you can “pledge for Tucson” in the National Mayor’s Challenge for Water Conservation
Just go to mywaterpledge.com using your e-mail or Facebook and complete a brief online survey on the ways you can or do save water and energy.
The Challenge, a friendly competition among U.S. cities, is sponsored by the Wyland Foundation, Toyota, and other partners.
Tucson was #1 in its population category in 2013. A Tucson resident won the national grand prize – a Toyota Prius.
Drawings for all prizes are only from the five winning cities. If Tucson wins and you have pledged and entered the prize drawing, you are eligible for:

The Wyland Foundation has added a classroom edition of My Water Pledge atmywaterpledge.com/campaign/kids-campaign-2014 to encourage parents to take the pledge with their kids.
