ARIZONA GIVES DAY – APRIL 7, 2015

Arizona Gives Day is a powerful 24 hour online giving experience that unites Arizonans around causes they believe in. Hosted by the Alliance of Arizona Nonprofits and the Arizona Grantmakers Forum, Arizona Gives Day is a great way for nonprofits to connect to the larger community, learn how to use new digital tools and strategies, and generate excitement and resources for your mission.

The Alliance is an action-oriented group of partners across the state – both nonprofits and those in the community who support them – dedicated to furthering the common interests of Arizona’s nonprofits. The Alliance does this by serving, supporting, protecting, and promoting the nonprofit sector.

You can donate anything on April 7, 2015 or before at: https://azgives.givebig.org/c/GivesDay/. Find your favorite non-profit at their website and support them this year again.

  1. Wow, $1,549,283 raised so far with several Tucson nonprofits doing very well as usual: Watershed Management, Tucson Wildlife Center, Ben’s Bells, Humane Society of Southern Arizona. Deadline to donate is 11:59 p.m. tonight.

  2. Giving to nonprofits has started. Check the website all day to see how your favorite nonprofit is doing. Big prizes for the top nonprofits with the most donors and/or funds collected will be awarded. Go Arizona donors!
