ALEC and the Arizona legislature: Defund ACORN

In the Republican spirit of "1, 2, 3, all together now!" bandwagonism, eight Senate Senate and House Republicans cosponsored a 2010 Resolution that Arizona defund ACORN.

Not much to say here. We all remember the ACORN witch hunt all too well. The Arizona resolution, SCR1027, is an exact copy of the ALEC model until it gets to the Therefore's, where the wording had to be tweaked a bit.

I've  created a document with the Arizona resolution, SCR1027, and the ALEC model side by side so you can see how the two versions line up. To make it easier, I've color coded the passages where the versions differ.
