Dedicated to his retribution and vengeance tour towards all the people that had a hand in prosecuting and impeaching him for actual crimes he committed, Felon in Chief and twice impeached Donald Trump, after finding a loyalist who was sufficiently blind to the law and evidence, secured an indictment of former F.B.I. Director James Comey on charges of lying to Congress five years ago and obstruction stemming from that accusation.
That is rich coming from a person who is a serial liar and showed his contempt for Congress by enabling domestic terrorists to storm the Nation’s Capitol in an attempted coup on January 6, 2021.
Never mind that the previous United States Attorney assigned to the case, Trump appointed Erik Siebert thought prosecutions against Comey and New York Attorney General Letitia James lacked enough evidence to pursue indictments and he was forced out to make way for Insurance lawyer and Trump sycophant/personal attorney Lindsey Halligan who followed her masters edicts and secured the grand jury indictments today.
Never mind that a memo from career prosecutors at the Justice Department to Halligan spoke out against charging Corey because the information lacked probable cause.
Never mind that the American Duce Wannabe publicly pressured the Justice Department through social media to indict because he wanted vengeance and cheered after the indictment was approved by the grand jury.
Comey released a video on Instagram, declaring his innocence, saying his family would not bend the knee to a tyrant who uses fear as a tool, and encouraged people to stay informed and turn out and vote because our country’s American system depends on it.
Members of Arizona’s Democratic Congressional Delegation voiced their displeasure at the latest example of the Mad King trying to turn this country into a tribal-White Nationalist-Authoritarian-Fascist state.
Representative Yassamin Ansari, a child of Iranians who fled an authoritarian regime, posted:
“My parents fled an authoritarian regime. My family’s seen this playbook before, which is why I haven’t been mincing my words about it. Trump fired a career prosecutor & installed his fixer to bring about bullshit charges against his political enemies. This is how Democracies die.”
Senator Ruben Gallego wrote:
“Trump is a dumber and more corrupt Richard Nixon.”
Senator Mark Kelly offered:
“The Department of Justice is supposed to go after real criminals for real crimes, not people on a list kept by the President. Trump had to fire a career prosecutor just to get his former personal lawyer to do his dirty work and bring these bogus charges. This is a dangerous road this President is taking us down. Republicans in Congress and in the Administration should consider if they are loyal to our Constitution or to a man.”
Arizona Attorney General Kris Mayes posted:
“Donald Trump campaigned on retribution. He told us exactly what he was going to do, and now he’s doing it: weaponizing the government to prosecute, or more accurately persecute, the people he perceives as his enemies — even after a career prosecutor refused to do so and resigned.”
Be afraid America. Trump and his band of MAGA Fascists are not stopping with Comey. He is already directing his Injustice Department to go after George Soros and Antifa, preaching lies that the left wing of the political spectrum is more violent than the right. He still wants prosecutions against James and others like Senator Adam Schiff.
ICE, the American Gestapo, is still on the street, arresting people without cause and assaulting protestors.
Also, remember that Defense Stooge Pete Hegseth wants all the leading commanders of all the Armed Services to meet with him in Virginia on September 30.
Is this where he tells them they have to swear an oath to his Fuhrer or get purged in favor of loyalists that would willingly obey any order, including stupid and illegal ones, from Mr. Trump.
