The new Americans for Tax Reform list of No New Tax Pledgers (correct name: Taxpayer Protection Pledge) is out. Here are the Arizona state legislatures who have taken a pledge to a foreign (i.e., out of state) entity instead of focusing on their duty to the people of Arizona.

Bob Burns (S-9), Ron Gould (S-3), Chuck Gray (S-19), Linda Gray (S-10), Jack Harper (S-4), John Huppenthal (S-20), Barbara Leff (S-11), Russell Pearce (S-18), Jay Tibshraeny (S-21), Thayer Verschoor (S-22), Scott Bundgaard (S-4)
16 House Members of 60
Kirk Adams (H-19), Judy Burges (H-4), Adam Driggs (H-11), David Gowan (H-30), John Kavanagh (H-8), Debbie Lesko (H-9), Steve Montenegro (H-12), Carl Seel (H-6), David Stevens (H-25), Jerry Weiers (H-12), Jim Weiers (H-10), John Fillmore (H-23), Peggy Judd (H-25), Justin Olson (H-19), Terri Proud (H-26), David Smith (H-7)
UPDATE AND ADDITIONS: Friend Reader of BfA John Kavanagh wrote the following comment on this post:
The list you posted is old. Only three of the listed Senators are in the 2011 Senate. The House list also is inaccurate.
Comment accepted. However, if you go to the Americans for Tax Reform website, you'll find this is their updated list as of December 15, 2010. And if you can't trust ATR, who can you trust? So John, please take the problem up with ATR. Since you're on the list, you may have some pull with the organization.
And while we're at it, here is the list of Arizona Congresspeople who have signed the pledge:
Jon Kyl, John McCain (Johnny, we hardly knew ye!), Paul Gosar, Trent Franks, Ben Quayle, David Schweikert, Jeff Flake.
