Phoenix New Times' Feathered Bastard has the day's best headline:

Russell Pearce's Day of Bigotry, Barbarism and Triumph

Steve Lemons' nom de plume, Feathered Bastard, is pretty good as well, I have to say.

And this line isn't bad either. I actually read it earlier in another article about the discussion of the bill. Pearce admitted his omnibus immigration bill, which, if passed and signed by Brewer, will change the face of this state from merely SB1070-racist to illegal, renegade and racist beyond belief, was something Pearce just kind of threw together.

[Kyrsten Sinema] got Pearce to admit that the bill had been slapped together at the last minute.

What gall! He admits he wasn't even careful when he created his House of Horrors bill.
