The Adrian Fontes for Secretary of State Campaign has released its latest ad, with Mr. Fontes narrating, extolling the candidate’s qualifications and goals for the chief election officer position.
The ad begins with Mr. Fontes stating:
“I’ve spent my whole life fighting for justice and Democracy as a United States Marine, an attorney, an elections administrator, and a father of three strong independent daughters.”
He then explains how this race for Secretary of State is crucial, saying:
“Democracy is under a full-fledged attack. So, it’s imperative that we elect a secretary of state who’s ready to do the job on day one.”
Mr. Fontes concludes the ad by urging voters to “join me in the fight to protect voting rights for all Arizonans.”

Matt Grodsky, the Vice President and Director of Public Affairs of Matters of State Strategies, stated that “The Fontes campaign is encouraged by what we are seeing on the ground and in the polls. We are full throttle until election night and won’t take anything for granted. We encourage Arizonans who have not yet voted to do so.”
The Arizona Primary Election is in six days on August 2, 2022.
