- When Horne's DOE took its case against spending more on ELL education to the U.S. Supreme Court, it hired Ken Starr to plead the case.
- When Republican legislators needed someone to show how wonderful tuition tax credits are, it brought in Charles North, and econ prof at Texas' Baylor University, who argued that the tax credits save Arizona gazillions of dollars, using an argument that wouldn't have earned him a C on an Econ 101 paper.
- Today I read in the Waco Tribune that Ken Starr has been made president of Baylor University.
