In a great day for the Democratic Party, 34 time convicted, twice impeached, traitor, and liable for sexual assaulter and business fraud Donald ‘I killed Roe v Wade has selected Ohio Senator J.D. Vance, a person who said women should stay in violent marriages and posted that President Joe Biden was responsible for the attempted assassination on Mr. Trump last weekend.
So much for turning down the political temperature.
He also appears to be fond of The Heritage Foundation, the organization behind Project 2025.
Jen O’Malley Dillon, the Biden/Harris Campaign Co-Chair issued a statement within minutes of the announcement, relaying:
“Donald Trump picked J.D. Vance as his running mate because Vance will do what Mike Pence wouldn’t on January 6: bend over backwards to enable Trump and his extreme MAGA agenda, even if it means breaking the law and no matter the harm to the American people.
“As Trump’s running mate, Vance will make it his mission to enact Trump’s Project 2025 agenda at the expense of American families. This is someone who supports banning abortion nationwide while criticizing exceptions for rape and incest survivors; railed against the Affordable Care Act , including its protections for millions with preexisting conditions; and has admitted he wouldn’t have certified the free and fair election in 2020.”
“Billionaires and corporations are literally rooting for J.D. Vance: they know he and Trump will cut their taxes and send prices skyrocketing for everyone else.”
“Over the next three and a half months, we will spend every single day making the case between the two starkly contrasting visions Americans will choose between at the ballot box this November: the Biden-Harris ticket who’s focused on uniting the country, creating opportunity for everyone, and lowering costs; or Trump-Vance – whose harmful agenda will take away Americans’ rights, hurt the middle class, and make life more expensive – all while benefiting the ultra-rich and greedy corporations.”
Readers need to remember that Mr. Trump had to look for a new running mate because his former Vice President, Mike Pence, largely because of the events on January 6, 2021 when Trump supporters shouted “Hang Mike Pence” and constructed make shift gallows, decided not to support his former boss in this cycle.
Mr. Vance’s selection really does nothing to expand Trump’s electability beyond the base.
Picking Rubio or Burgham would have had more appeal to Latino or Independent voters. So would have Nikki Haley had she been considered.

Donald Trump has been rated among the worst Presidents by our nation’s leading historians. He is ranked worse than Richard Nixon, Andrew Johnson (the first President to be impeached), and James Buchanan, the President who allowed the Civil War to start.
He should withdraw from the Presidential race.
Is this the person that is fit to lead the country?
Do you want this person in charge of the Justice Department apparatus now that the Supreme Court has granted him immunity for official acts? Is this person a role model for your children?
We are in dark and dangerous times if the American People do not wake up and stop this nightmare from seeing daylight.
President Joe Biden
His policies and leadership helped deliver the country from the ravages of the Coronavirus.
His agenda, including the American Rescue Plan, the Bipartisan Infrastructure Act, the CHIPS Science Act, the Inflation Reduction Act, Gun Violence Prevention, and the PACT Act to help sick veterans, has elevated the American Economy, steered the nation toward a clean energy economy and created consistent job growth to the tune of just under 16 million jobs (another 206,000 jobs were created in June).
He has championed and fought for basic rights like suffrage and reproductive freedom.
He has set records for the appointment of minority and women judges to the bench.
Unlike his predecessor, he is not looking to be a King uninhibited by the law.
Unlike his predecessor, Biden is near the top of the historical presidential rankings at number 14.
What part of this is hard for any of the American People to understand?
Get out and vote this November 5. The American Ideal and Democracy are at stake.
