Even Robert Robb . . .

I doubt "Even Robert Robb" will become a running feature on BfA, though I would love to see it happen, but . . .

Even Robert Robb thinks Brewer and Horne are hypocrites and idiots with their countersuit of the feds over immigration.

Robb is a Republic columnist of the conservative persuasion who I rarely agree with. So if he's calling out Brewer and Horne, that tells me how far these folks are overreaching.

The hypocrisy of the "counterclaims" made by Gov. Jan Brewer and Attorney General Tom Horne in the federal lawsuit over the constitutionality of Arizona's immigration law, Senate Bill 1070, is truly breathtaking.

Robb says, B&H are playing with fire saying the feds aren't fulfilling their consitutional obligation to protect states against "invasion" by stepping up border protections [which, I might add, have been stepped up by the Obama administration].

See, Arizona Republicans look a whole lot like they're not fulfilling their constitutional responsibility to make higher education "as nearly free as possible."

And, Robb says, rolling over payments to K-12 schools is a violation of their financial responsibilities as well. So is ignoring a voter-passed initiative to fund AHCCCS at specified levels.

When "even Robert Robb" says the Republicans are screwing up big time, it probably means they're screwing up big time.
