Tucson Community Town Hall on Building Arizona’s Workforce
TUCSON, AZ (November2025) 一 “Arizona Town Hall is collaborating with a consortium of
community partners for a community town hall on Thursday, November 13, 2025, at the YWCA of
Southern Arizona, where community members will engage in discussions about the future of workforce
development in Arizona. These discussions will identify opportunities and spark individual and
community actions to ensure that Arizona’s economy has the work force to fulfill current and future needs.
Tara Jackson, President of Arizona TownHall shared,“Demographic and technological changes are
impacting employers and the workforce in all parts of Arizona. This community discussion will provide
information and potential solutions for meeting employer and business needs.”
Who: Arizona Town Hall in partnership and collaboration with: the University of Arizona, the University of
Arizona School of Government & Public Policy, the YWCA of Southern Arizona, and the Safety and Justice
Challenge.

Guidelines: Discussions are expected to be lively while maintaining respect for different viewpoints.
Participants may criticize concepts and ideas, but not people. Participants will indicate what actions they
plan to take as a result of the discussions. Following the program, a report will be created that includes a
consensus report and the individual action items; the final report will be distributed and published
online.
