Az Citizens Clean Elections Commission debate for 3 Dems running for Az Superintendent of Public Instruction in the July 21 Primary. Winner will face off in Nov. 3rd General Election with winner of Republican primary, either incumbent Supe Tom Horne or Az Treasurer Kimberly Yee. Dem candidates are all political newcomers.
