DGT Members Informational forum for proposed By-laws amendments

This Monday, Nov. 18th at Noon, TheDGT.org will hold an online informational forum for Members to ask questions and become conversant with proposed amendments to the Democrats of Greater Tucson Bylaws, drafted and approved by the Board of Directors, and now proposed to the Membership.

This meeting is held pursuant to the current Bylaws provisions regarding amendments:

ARTICLE XI – AMENDMENTS

This document may be amended by a two-thirds affirmative vote of the members present and voting provided that the amendment or amendments are submitted in writing at a prior meeting of the membership.
