by Carolyn Classen, blogger

“Dear Friends y Amistades of EGTSS,
In anticipation of Dolores Huerta giving the keynote for the Raquel Rubio Goldsmith Lecture on April 30, the EGTS Student Club is sponsoring a film screening of, “Dolores,” a documentary about the life of Dolores Huerta, along with a panel discussion on Thursday, March 26, 2:00 p.m., at the Downtown Campus, LB 153.
Please find attached a flyer announcement for the film event, which has a link to the film trailer telling you a bit more about who is Dolores Huerta.
Please share this flyer and distribute/post widely.
Hope to see you there!”

Carolyn’s note: Timely movie due to recent allegations against UFW leader Cesar Chavez, and Dolores’ statement on 3/18/26 that she was raped by him twice, resulting in his children whom she gave away. She is 95 years old now, and Cesar died 33 years ago in 1993. DNA would be conclusive proof of paternity. Dolores had 11 children.
