Carolyn’s note: Kevin is the incumbent Councilman in Ward 3; the other 2 ward seats are open. Selina is running unopposed in Ward 5, but Miranda has a Republican opponent, as does Kevin. Current Ward 5 Councilman Rocque Perez II and Ward 6 Councilwoman Karin Uhlich are both appointed place holders/not running for election.
