Organizer: NLG Southern Arizona
“Hosted by the NLG of Southern Arizona in collaboration with the Arizona Law chapter.
This training prepares observers to monitor and document law enforcement conduct at protests and peaceful demonstrations, acting as independent witnesses to protect constitutional rights, deter misconduct, and provide crucial evidence for later legal defense. NLG lawyers will educate attendees on documenting police interactions, arrests, use of force, and ensuring demonstrators understand their rights within a larger legal support system.”
