It’s Black History Month. Black American politicians in Southern Az are few, only Oro Valley Town Council member Joyce Jones-Ivey and TUSD Governing Bd. member Sadie Shaw. And now there’s candidate Tre Rhodes running for TUSD Bd. as well.
