“This is a peaceful event no agitation or protesting and all orders from law enforcement will be followed.
The first half with be song, poetry, and speech’s and the second half will be a candle lighting ceremony, moment of silence, and a brief video projection.
Attendees are encouraged to bring water, candles, flowers and pictures of affected loved ones.”
