Richard Cook has been a Tucson resident since 1996 and is a founding member & executive leader of Voter Choice Arizona.
Richard graduated from the University of Michigan and served as a submarine officer in the Navy. He has an advanced degree in Econometrics. After his military service he worked in technical communications, business analysis, and business operations, doing software implementations and other projects. He retired from Aetna in 2018
as Senior Director of Business Program Management.
Richard has served on several non-profit boards in Arizona and has been a volunteer Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) since 2013, working with foster children. Around town you might see him playing jazz trombone or dancing Argentine Tango.”
