Yesterday I commented on a superficial and misleading email from Goldwater Institute singing the praises of Carpe Diem charter school in Yuma. Today, Phillip D added a comment for anyone who wants to get deeper in the weeds than I did in my post. I questioned one fact in Phillip's comment (he may be right, but I don't think so), but that's a small concern. Read it if you want to know more on the subject.
