Hour long line at Catalina Foothills HS

by David Safier

This is something you just don't see. I was at Catalina Foothills High School passing out literature from 6-8am. When I arrived, the polls hadn't opened, and the line was a good 100 feet long. When I left at 8am, the line had gotten a little shorter, but not much. Those who had voted with an hour wait had been replaced by more voters. But fewer people were arriving, so I expect in an hour or so, the line will be gone.

I've never seen lines at that polling location. Maybe those predictions of an 80-90% vote rate are correct. It's gonna take awhile to count all the votes.
