I didn't say it, but J. Davidson did in a comment about Ladner's Zany, Zen-y Emails, referring to the text of one of Ladner's emails in response to my "Are teachers bureaucrats too?" question.

"All baseballs are balls, but not all balls are baseballs."

Dude. Ladner gets paid $141,000 a year for THIS?!? And he's railing against "bureaucratic" waste?! Wow. Talk about balls.
