Would you like to live in a world that is at peace, where people respond to injustice and conflict Nonviolently? Come to the 4 -day workshop. This interactive and inspirational training introduces how Nonviolence is a courageous way of life and a powerful strategy for inner peace and uplifting our community. Emphasis is given to the six principles and six steps of Nonviolence according to Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.

  1. Whew — completed this 4 day (3 hours each day, plus couple of hours of homework) workshop. It was well run, and 7 participants learned the 6 Principles of Non-violence, the background of how MLK Jr. embraced nonviolence as civil disobedience, to resist and fight segregation in the Deep South back in the 1960’s. Still relevant today was learning about conflict resolution on personal and professional levels, the levels of conflict, how to face it and prevent violence, if possible. Next workshop by these folks coming up in October.
