Is Antenori going for “head bull-goose loony”?

In One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest, McMurphy wanted to establish himself as top dog on his first day at the mental institution.

"Who's the head bull-goose loony around here?" he asked, strutting around the room. McMurphy was gonna show everyone, he was loonier than anyone in the house.

Antenori has been sounding a whole lot like McMurphy the past few days. I can see him stomping around the legislature shouting, "Who's the craziest goddamn legislator around here? Representative, Senator, I don't give a damn. I can be crazier than anyone in the House, or the Senate!"

I don't want to inflate Frank's ego, but he's giving Russell Pearce a run for his money.
