Leave War to Warriors, not Cadet Bone Spurs

Cadet Bone Spurs is about as qualified to lead the US into war as Bobby Brainworms Kennedy is to perform open heart surgery. In other words, the moron is totally and utterly unqualified and incompetent.

Everyone knows MAGAmoron is starting a war with Iran for three reasons:

• Distract, distract, distract from the Epstein files.
• Show up Obama and Biden as weak on Iran by bombing the country.
• Create an excuse to suspend the US 2026 midterm elections.

Bin Laden hid in caves for a decade. Iranians can do the same because, unlike Americans, they don’t need Netflix, Spotify, Starbucks, or McDonald’s. MAGAmoron has no idea what war entails and thinks he can blast Iran into submission, but eventually, he’ll have to commit boots on the ground. Hopefully, before he gets to that point, he’ll do as he always does and just declare victory before the war is brought home in the form of KIA, wounded GIs and, worst of all, terrorist attacks on American soil.

Iranian mullahs aren’t stupid — they know Iran can’t fight the US on an equal footing. They’ll resort to asymmetric warfare. They’ve been watching Ukraine inflict major damage to Putin, and they know MAGAmoron doesn’t have the kind of grip over Americans as Putin has over Russians. Imagine what will happen to the American economy and society if people suddenly stop going to stores, sporting events or schools because drones and IEDs are wreaking havoc in any and all public spaces.

I grieve for the young who, willingly or not, will carry the burden of deaths, injury and mental challenges for the rest of their lives. Those who have never been at war believe, incorrectly, that only Rambos, infantry and “Special Operators” are susceptible to PTSD. They don’t think about the mess sergeant who knows all the guys who come through his chow line until, one day, some are missing.

Everyone knows what happened, but no one talks about it. They carry it inside themselves, dismissing it with, “Fuck it, don’t mean nothing.” How about the mail clerk who has to mark mail “Undeliverable, Return to Sender.” Again, everyone knows, but no one says anything because acknowledging death and grief might be seen as weakness.

The silver lining in all this is that MAGAmoron may federalize state National Guards. He’ll have to be careful not to lean too heavily on red states to avoid alienating chickenhawks. Still, blue state National Guards may openly revolt or simply refuse to follow illegal orders.

Chickenhawks always support war as long as they or their kids aren’t affected. I had a client who was all for the Iraq war until his dumb ass kid joined up to “kill ragheads.” Suddenly, my client thought war was a terrible idea. I’ve also had clients in the defense industry who were all in for war but dead set against drafting their kids.

Bottom line, MAGAmoron’s flailing is starting to cause even MAGAts (maga traitors) and fundy evangelists to complain about his impact on their cherished American traditions of cheap beer, a ball team to cheer and some groups to hate. In the end, suspending the 2026 elections may be the catalyst that pushes Dems, libs, progressives, Independents and other assorted fence sitters to take action and subvert his idiocy.

Hang on because it’s going to be a bumpy ride.
