Rick Santorum scored a thinly veiled racist twofer in his condemnation of Romney as not offering a "clear contrast" to Obama.
“We need contrasts,” Mr. Santorum said, “not just a paler shade of what we have.”
A paler shade of what we have. I guess Romney is nothing but a lighter skinned Obama. An "other" by any other name, or shade, is still an "other."
Is "Mormon" the new "almost black"?
