We are witnessing a descent. Above all things, pathological narcissists fear most the mirror to their true failings. “Judgment cometh,” Donald, and right soon.
When a sitting President toys with stochastic terrorism, when his words become ammunition in the hands of the unhinged, we reject the fiction that this is just “rhetoric.”
It is a strategy. It is a push of a murderous Overton window — each threat softening the ground for Donald’s next cry for insurrection. With his poll numbers cratering and his MAGA allies failing with their assignment to gerrymander the midterms, we are seeing the biggest Rat of the 21st century in a frenzy. Co-opting the military is his last hope.
Donald Trump has made clear he will do anything to distract from the truth — from committing war crimes in international waters to his complicity in the assassination of a U.S. journalist. Jamal Khashoggi wasn’t a footnote. He was an American citizen, lured to his death, dismembered by men emboldened by Donald Trump and Jared Kushner. Trump hosted his murderer. Then, he calls for the death of his political opponents. He baits the military to stand with him over the Constitution.
So let this be said, clearly: We will not be gaslit into normalizing political murder. We will speak for the children hurt in darkness. And no matter how loud the threats from this failing tyrant become, we will fight for the soul of this nation — and for the lives still at stake.
This is not about partisanship. It is about survival — of decency, of democracy, of basic human dignity. There are some crimes so grotesque that to speak of them too softly is to join the cover-up.
Reject Donald Trump. Reject hatred and swastikas (!) and “othering” our own neighbors.
