SB1070 Update: If Judge Bolton just read the bill . . .

The question needs to be asked. Did Judge Bolton read SB1070?

The reason I ask is, we've been told over and over, if you just read the bill, you'll see it's nothing more than a mirror of federal law and it absolutely, no-doubt-about-it prohibits racial profiling.

So I guess the judge didn't read the bill, or she would have seen there's no problem, just like legal experts Jan Brewer and Russell Pearce have told us, over and over.

Wait. I'm getting some late breaking news. . . . What's that? . . . Ah, I see . . .

The "if you just read the bill" phrase is no longer operative. We are waiting to hear what the next right wing mantra will be. Tune in tomorrow . . .
