- About 75 people protested in Florida outside the Marlons/D-Backs game. Best T Shirt: "Strike Out SB 1070."
- "The Pasadena City Council voted 5-2 on Monday night to officially denounce the controversial Arizona immigration law."
- "Medical organizations representing more than 156,000 health care providers released a statement today condemning Arizona’s new immigration law, SB 1070."
- Seattle City Council voted unanimously to boycott Arizona.
- "Three law-enforcement leaders from Maryland, California and Nevada said Monday that they oppose Arizona's new immigration law." On the other hand, the LAPD Union, while not saying it supports SB1070, said it "does not impose draconian measures outside the bounds of normal law enforcement."
- Monday, at a protest at McCain's Tucson office, "four young pro-immigration demonstrators, three of them undocumented, were arrested." As of Tuesday, the three undocumented protesters were in ICE custody.
- In a turnabout-is-fair-play move, supporters of SB1070 are staying away from San Diego.
- Mexico's President condemned SB1070, ignoring Mexico's less-than-stellar record on immigration.
