All info: http://www.cycloviatucson.org/. Plus added bonus FREE admission to the Frida Kahlo exhibit at Tucson Botanical Gardens, 2150 N. Alvernon Way (on the route).  Garden open 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. daily, but Cyclovia is 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.  Frida Kahlo: Art, Garden, Life exhibit ongoing to May 30, 2017.
