Your vote counts at Pima County Public Library

Here’s some useful voter information for the upcoming August 26 Arizona Primary, from Pima County public library website:

If you’ve moved, turned 18, changed your name, or changed your party affiliation since November 2013, then it’s time to register to vote. Throughout July, the Pima County Public Library is partnering with the League of Women Voters of Greater Tucson (LWVGT) to provide information about voter registration and an opportunity to register to vote at six library locations. The deadline to register in order to vote in the primary election is July 28.

You can find information at all libraries (in English and Spanish) provided by the LWVGT about the 2014 election dates, early voting, IDs you need to have for voting, and information for voters registered as Independents.

LWVGT volunteers will be on hand to help people register to vote at the following libraries in July.  More info at: http://www.library.pima.gov/about/news/?id=5254
