Teachers: “Constitution Day 2011” broadcast September 16

Nancy Young Wright at Voices for Education sent this notification to me, and I'm passing it along to teachers who might want to use it in their classrooms: "Constitution Day 2011 – Powers of the President."

The two programs may be viewed live via the internet and videoconference.  Best of all, the programs will be archived for viewing at any time teachers would like to take advantage of the programs. A couple of the highlights of the program are specially recorded messages from former President George W. H. Bush and former President William J. Clinton as well as a live panel of experts including our own historian, Pam Sanfilippo, who will be available to answer questions during the broadcast from the students.  Attached is the promotional material from HEC-TV with all the details about the programs.
